Who is responsible for the deportation of thousands of Amharas from areas of plenty to areas of scarcity? Who must be held accountable for injecting Amhara women with the contraceptive Depo-Provera drug to change the demography of north Gonder, the land which is ethnic cleansed and annexed by Tigray republic?
